I have met the other students with whom I will be studying. They are coming from all over the United States, which makes it very interesting! Today we took a test to figure out what our level of Russian is, and tomorrow we will begin our classes. Classes are five hours per day, Monday through Thursday. I am going to be exhausted! But it is wonderful to have so much Russian practice.
I have already gotten one message (thank you Skyla!). Keep them coming! I love hearing from you. Here are a few photos I took since arriving yesterday, including our friend the owl in front of St. Basil's Cathedral! I am sending my warmest thoughts to you and Ms. Cooper this week. I wish I could be there to see the end of your third grade year. Since I cannot be, I will say congratulations on all of your hard work this year! You were such a wonderful group of students and I will be thinking of you this summer!
Do skoro! (see you soon!)
